Yellow sticky strips from Bunnings help stop the mature ones getting back into the coco I find. I had a minor infection and now it’s pretty much gone. Might see one every couple of watering now, before I’d see a handful every watering.

Downside is they’re sticky and I’m forever getting myself stuck on it.

That makes sense. I’d rather use something I know is going to handle the amps though.

Current plan for my setup is 40A rcd and 4 10A circuit breakers, thinking of adding 1 of these (or similar) to control 2 of the curcuits for my flower area. https://www.schnap.com.au/timers/2-pole-digital-timer.html

Leaves me with 10A for a veg space and a spare circuit if needed.
If you feed out from a 40A RCD and have a fault you:'ll lose power to all the other feeds.Id go through a 40A breaker then feed 10A RCD's.

I read the same thing so I more just spray it over the top of the coco
You could try using Dipel (Bacillus Thuringensis or B.T) they sell it at produce stores or at bunnings it's sold as "Natures own Caterpillar Killer" by Yates or beneficial nematodes,if you dont mind using chemicals this is the stuff from the hydro shop
