I’m no expert on neem oil but I found this for you seems to be a good guideline

HOW TO USE NEEM OIL
How to mix 100% first press neem oil:
  1. 1 teaspoon of neem oil per litre of water. Neem oil is temperature sensitive and will solidify into neem butter or jelly at lower temperatures. This does not harm the oil; in fact, chilled neem will last much longer. A water bath of 30°C will return it to its liquid form for easy measuring.
  2. Warm water. It is always preferred to use warm water when mixing, then waiting for it to cool. The neem remains a liquid longer, and the surfactant emulsifies more efficiently. Use warm, not boiling water as some beneficial compounds can degrade.
  3. 4-5 drops of surfactant. Neem oil is hydrophobic on its own, and a surfactant needs to be used when mixing it with water. Standard liquid dishwashing soap, preferably non-phosphate, does a perfect job. Literally only use four or five drops per litre.
Thanks for your reply bongsmoke, I’ll give it a go in the morning and see how it goes, cheers j

From what ive found (and im no expert) THC is best for pain and battles cancer and tumers ect. CBD is good for well being and nausea etc. Thye both work together as a medicine. There are like 1,000 cannabinoids that are active that we don't understand as well.
Most medicinal plants I think are thin leaf based (Sativa in the old terminology) and has a high. Broad leaf (indica) has a more stone effect.
Tolerance of everyday users builds up so how it effects someone in the fisrt two weeks is not how they will be effected a month in.

Please take everything I say with a grain of salt. im no expert and have been flying by the seat of my pants, but its information non the less.
I'm not up to speed as much as I'd like to be so may be totally wrong in regards cancer treatment but as i understand it THC can stop the cancer from spreading and CBD attacks the cancerous cells, weed also works really well to reduce the side effects of chemo and helps with appetite.

yep. THC also attacks the cancer cells as well as far as im awhare. Unfortunatly is all a bit up in the air as we just don't know 100% what does what and at what dosage.
The new category of Broad and Thin leaf doesn't help,

When you're dealing with ((poly hybrid x poly hybrid) x poly hybrid x poly hybrid) x ((poly hybrid x poly hybrid) x poly hybrid x poly hybrid) plants like most of the strains are now the names Indica and Sativa had become irrelevant anyway

true but its gotten even more confusing. Sativa is now indica but thin leaf is not...

Rob C Clarke had been pushing for it for a couple of years ,the original taxonomical description of Sativa was flawed and was made using material shipped back to I think England so the new classes are a more scientifically sound classification

i dont use for pain so i cant really say but the medicinal users i speak to online that have chronic pain say its the heavy hitting indicas that they are after
I think that's kinda where my mate was going with his wife's problem & why he gave me some Indica seed to grow for him/them.

DONT use dishwashing liquid!! Big no no!! You need to use Castile soap, which is 100% pure soap made from vegetable or seed oil ie olive or even neem. Dr Bronners Castile soap can be bought from any health food shop and even has one made from neem. NEVER use dishwashing liquid.

I've never needed dishwashing liquid but i've only drenched with eco neem, there is eco oil which helps as a wetting agent apparently again never used it so i may be talking out my arse lol
