Leaving Fan on?!! What to do? Help.!

I'm starting a new grow as some off you probably know with my first ever grow tent, I'm growing in coco I got 2 50L bags, For 4 Rhizo 16 litre pots. I've also got Canna A+B , Rhizotonic , Cannazym ,

I'm growing in 1x2 1x2 200 tent I've already got the seeds, White Widow and Royal Cheese, all set up and raring to go!!

My one big question is, Is when I'm doing 18 off light and 6 hours off dark, do I leave my extraction fan sucking air out the tent and going out the window during the 6 hours off darkness? This is the only thing I need to know, All thoughts and opinions appreciated folks!

Thanks for your advice on this buddy, I swear you get some decent people on this forum who are willing to help i have a paper pad and pen and when I make threads I write all the info down I get, This info is also going in, You can tell I'm a total beginner.

Fan will be staying on 100%, I just thought that when you say you flip to 12/12, and in the 12 hours off darkness the fan stays off, Also when still in veg will the fan stay on? When lights go off for 6 hours? ill be doing 18/6, Flowering is a long away away yet I'm only just germination my seeds as we speak here is a link to my setup I've just bought i've got everything for it The full Canna range A+B and all the additives , PK, Cannazym, Rhzotonic, Boost Accelerator and I'm growing in coco and my babies will be under a 600hps light, Me and my dad put it up a few days back.

For sure leave it on the fans u gotta move a certain amount of air like so many cubic feet per hr u want simulate the outside as much as u can if u can avoid ur plant touching the same air particles the better...I’ve noticed when I switched to really good ventilation the tents r easier to get stable I run around 73/83 and since I’m in flowering I’ve been easing up the humidity I like to run 45/55 percent humidity hope this helps

I have mine on 15 minutes per hour during lights out. Humidity isn't much of an issue for me though. Higher your humidity the more they gotta run.

if lights are out their is no need for the fans to be running

as Weed is a Carbon (3) plant it only 'runs' when lights are on

stomatas are closed so theres no out gassing

keeping fans on is just keeping you or the neighbors awake

mold is more active during active airflow and low temps

good luck

Thanks for your helpfull reply buddy, So just to clarify shall i 100% leave my carbon filter off with my fan to?

Why leave the carbon and fan on? I've read about this the last night or two some good reviews and some bad reviews, But I've read most people leave it off then it comes back on when the timers turn the lights and carbon + fan on.

So do think I think I should leave my carbon + fan on? And leave my other fan just off? ( It's not a clip on fan it just on the floor circulating)

I still Run my in let and out let 24/7 ,need to for smell,later more so ,but I still like the air exchange.Ossalating fans can be turned onto the timer though be it 18/6 or 12/12 off.Summer I even leave these on

Hmm I think I might leave my carbon fan on all the time but do I leave my other fan on , It's just on the ground circulating air. So options are leave both fans on during entire grow, Carbon filter fan and a normal house fan circulating air sat on the ground or do I switch both off during the 6 hours off darkness from 18/6 and switch them off for flowering 12/12

Also tyke have you left them off for the full grow and left them on for the dark periods during a grow and have you ever noticed different quality, Better buds etc?

I think that answer is right I think people have different ways off doing things.
