Lets say you are part of a collective and you accidentally grow too much weight, can we take it to a dispensary
And be reimbursed?

The medical dispensary system got folded into the recreational distribution system, from what I understand. So no, there is no selling to them....

You can't without a license anymore.. technically you can't give any away in a collective garden anymore, not even sharing it with your fellow collective garden .. what ever plant are yours are yours, you can't pool the harvest and split it anymore.. you can't share anything.. and with collective garden you must register with state (can't just have a few card together), and keep a log book of every plant and harvest..
