What about a light gauze?
and be aware of the therapeutic effects of the dmso itself, it's quite effective at easing topical pain. there was a study that determined it's not effective for treating cancer, but they weren't using it in conjunction with cannabis. i think the two together may be much more effective than either alone.

like it, just be careful not to get that noose hung up on the bed posttried a different approach....thats learnin' right....so I dripped oil onto wax paper...then into the freezer for about 20 mins...then the wife peals a "puck" of oil...places it on my neck...warmth from my neck adheres the oil to neck....no goo on mamma.s fingers...then dmso...seal with breathable tape,,,then cover with cheese cloth...wife is an industrial sewer....so she sewed me a Velcro hangs men's noose...cut where needed to be comfortable...snug it up to not mess the bedding....first night with this....we'll see how it works....my report...

glad it's working out, keep it up. try other things as well, though, be aggressive working against the sickness. consuming large doses of oil seems to help a lot of people. and some things outside of cannabis seem to help,eating a good diet helps, Broccoli contains sulforaphane, a natural chemical that seems to have many anti cancer properties. carrots, beans, nuts, olive oil all seem to have a lot of good properties.
