From everything I've read and seen you got a few weeks. Wait till all the hairs are brown and start to recede. Also, get a loupe and check your trichomes. You want milky white on the majority of them with no more than a few Amber (depending on the smoke you're looking for. There's an entire thread devoted to chemical structures and trichomes color.) Clear trichs are underdeveloped though. Trich color is a huge sign.

its red dragon from barneys farm

Based on Barney’s Description of the Seeds it’s a mix of Pakistan Kush and Brazilian Sativia, your night lean towards the Brazilian which will definitely be a 10-14 week for sure.

But based on the photos on Barneys Site the nugs are very sativia dominate, which based on your photos seems like your almost ready to chop

Just my two cents

Been flowering since 30 September I’m hoping to chop in two weeks time just in time for the start of Christmas holidays but I don’t think it will be done I get my 60x loupe tomorrow so I will upload a pic of the trichomes to see what you all think but the calyxs are starting to swell nicely now

Keep it going ...
That last 2 weeks of swell can have a big impact on yield too. I've watched my plants get heavier the last 2 weeks of their lives. Even the small lower buds start to sag on their branches from the added mass.
