Illinois medical marijuana card wait time

Oof, this is potentially quite bad for provisional access. If the JCAR objects & suspends the IDPH's proposed rulemaking on the same legal grounds, it could undo everything not specifically related to the OAPP. Since provisional access is part of the MCPP, not the OAPP, the new provisional access rules could be stricken. IDPH would then be required to follow the normal rulemaking process to implement provisional access, a process which, according to JCAR, can take between "90 days to a year to complete."

That's why I hope it's taken as "as established by PA 100- 1114" which provisional access is and the name of the bill was OAPP.

But not the normal rulemaking for provisional, that was included with the commandment for emergency rules.

Yes, it is a bit ambiguous since the bill and the program have the same name. I was hoping the JCAR minutes would shed some light, but they haven't been published for the most recent meeting yet.

Can I ask what you emailed them to get this answer? I want to reach out to them and get an actual answer, not just their standard we can't give updates line. I applied a few days before you so I want to just confirm

Approved: Told over phone on 12/12 that I had been approved

Your looking at sometime this week if schedule holds true. It’s like they hold it just until that 90 days is almost up.

I also had no hopes getting it Friday since it didn’t show up on informed delivery but was in the box. Keep hope alive!!!

I'm not sure what you mean. I've only heard of him wanting to use the taxes for the pensions. Hollow promise/spending money before they have it again.

If Any Place in The Country needs to be Legal, it is Chicago. They have so many problems and no money to Fix any of them, Despite The Fact people there are Taxed to Death.
