Plants are liking the hotter humid days and most are putting some size on,got a bit of pruning to do over the next week but other than that there's not much more to do at the moment.

They're battery powered LED globes,had some early flowering issues and that was the only quick fix that was semi practicle.

Cool idea.

I used cheap LED grow bulbs on a timer to extend day lengths last season, playing with the photo period. Surprised me how well it worked.

The ones I've got are just cheap ones from Kmart and run on a single AA battery. I was surprised aswell that they worked.

I change them every second or third day,so about 8-9 hours.

Been having some great weather over the last 2 weeks,mid 30s and 80-90% humidity.

Everything is moving along pretty well,getting everything ready for them to start flowering.

Gee they are looking healthy Oz.nice spot your in too....what nutes are you using for flowering phase .i reckon mine will start at beginning of feb,maybe tad earlier..i havnt got anything as yet.

I'm useing Amcopaste 20-20-20 at the moment then I'll switch to their 5-20-50 around mid Feb.From this week till March I'll be foliar spraying Cal-Tech then they'll get K-Rich for the last 3 weeks either Foliar or through the drippers. They also get a mix of Tri-Kelp,Humic and fulvic with every feeding.

Thanks for sharing that Oz..never heard of Amcopaste till now.ive been using aloe kelp ferment which is pretty low in npk % and fas fulvic acid supplement ever now and then.just gave them some bat guarno 10/10/2 with coconut water
Bout a month ago i was asking on thc farm if anyone was using kelp 4 less 20/20/20 and didnt get much help..i will have a google of that amcopaste 5/20/50. and K rich..

I've used kelp4less triple 20, it's good stuff and a little goes a long way. I used it all the way through flower with no issues.

1-1-1 ratio is the best all round fertiliser you can get. I try and cut back on the N so Ca has a chance to keep up with the new growth during stretch.

Started to foliar spray Ca twice weekly and will start lowering N from this week and go through and clean all the insides out before I put the second cage on them.
