You're definitely looking at a potassium deficiency. You're approaching the start of mid-flower...most vigorous growth upcoming, potassium is in its highest need for these next couple weeks. As was said, you can ease back a bit on the nitrogen...not completely, and start upping the potassium and phosphorus to keep them balanced. Becareful with molasses as not only is it very high in potassium, but also in iron. If adding too much or too often, it can create its own problems. Molasses is best used near the end of the cycle when the plant stops/slows down in giving sugars back to the soil.
