Cause of instant ambering of pistils

I've been thinking that my buds were locked up and not swelling after 4 weeks in flower. The pistils were all amber by the 5th week whether on the canopy or below it and no new ones appearing

So I've been paying really close attention and it seems as though they are still stacking but not swelling going into week 7 since flip or week 6 since flowers showed. I had also assumed that no new pistils were growing but that was wrong as well. The pistils seem to be appearing and then turn amber before I can even see the pistils when they're still white.

I always see photos of new pistils among the old ones as the bud matures but I'm not seeing that at all and further more have had the same experience with my three grows. The only thing that has been the same from grow one to grow three is the use of 3500k led samsung f564b strips. Is it possible that my lights could be causing this?

Is it normal for pistils to turn colors so fast that you never see a white pistil after week 4-5 or is it a symptom of something else?

Ph 5.6 - 6.2, I allow it to swing naturally.
Temp 75-66, lowering temps slightly to increase trichome production.
Humidity 40-50.
Water temp 66.
Masterblend/calnit/epsom/koolbloom 1.0ec.
Light distance 12" with little heat on back of hand at canopy level.

There are several things that cause pistils to brown prematurely.
If you google:
what makes pistils turn brown prematurely
There should be some good info to surf through.

Been there done that. Just thought it would be helpful to myself and others to have a conversation about the topic on a forum filled with cannabis growers.

I do google first then come on here to discuss opinions and thoughts with others whike having some random idea myself from general discovery.

Throughout all my research I can't find one reference to pistils turning so quick you can't even see it happening.

Better check for a pollen source, just to be sure.
Looked the best I can but I have a pretty out of control canopy. They were clones from clones from a nursery so there should be no males.

Can't imagine any reason for them to hermie since there is no possible light to leak in during lights out.

Here's my run down of micro and macro nutes. Have a hard time believing it's over fertilizing or heat damage.
Temps never got over 77 in veg and never over 75 during flower. If I place my hand above the cola my hand never even gets that warm let alone hot.
Physical damage from leaves maybe but what about the buds abive everything? Is there a chance a fan blowing to hard to cause it?
In terms of pests they are as clean as a 60-120x mag can tell. I've checked old leaves, new leaves, low leaves, high leaves and dead leaves and not one sign of anything. Not even spider mites and thats a first for me.
As for my nutes they got to 1.8ec during veg to 1.4 mid flower and now down to 1.0 for the remainder. Ec slowly, .020 to .050ec, drops so it can't be to high or to low I would assume.

Is it at all an important symptom that they are amber before I even see them as white? Yes they are swelling a bit and stacking slowly. I've read that blackberry kush has small buds and BlackBerry fire which I'm growing is a mix of blackberry kush and lady fire so not sure how much swelling there will be. Can't find one bit of info on lady fire online no matter where I look though.

When the original hairs turned brown over about a week on the canopy the hairs below the canopy took an extra week, week and a half. If they had hermied would this still be the case with all 8 plants.

Just trying to figure this out. Not much grow info on this strain out there.

Does it matter where I remove a bud off the plant to check for nanners or seeds? Id rather remove them from below the canopy. Not that it will make a difference in the long run.

oils will cause the pistils to turn brown.

neem oil.
rosemary oil.
soybean oil.

oils from your fingertips. or your friends touching the buds.

that kind of thing.

So did some up close checking all around her a minute ago and she still has white pistils coming in at the lowest level of growth in the least amount of light but only the hidden ones. Yeah I know, there shouldn't be any hidden ones but I still can't get myself to remove the correct number of bottom growth during the pop.

I'm not sure why or if it's normal but they definitely stopped growing for atleast a week but in the last few days they've stacked a few more layers. There's nothing that I can point to would be a catalyst for a slow down though. Its easy to say but my grow is going good.

Thing is though, if it was hermied or stress related wouldn't it be all buds no matter their position on the plants?

One more thing, could my trichomes turning purple have something to do with it?
