How are my seedlings looking

They look hungry, stretched, and small. What is your feeding schedule? I feed 1/4 strength nutes to run off from the day they sprout.
Before I planted them I water the coco
Using h3ads method at 1/4 strength
1.5ml micro 2.25ml bloom
Didn’t feed them till 2 days ago which I then feed them at 3ml micro and 4.5ml bloom
Which is 1/2 strength
Haven’t feed them since
I also make my mix using tap water

My Temps low 72 high 79
Rh 66 high 85

By the looks of them I think you can increases your lighting. Also you could possibly start some nutes but very low.

Or wait another week, leave em. Transplant them. After a week in their new home start feeding.

With a 50/50 mix you should be feeding every day until run off. Never plain water.

Have they been over watered? You need to allow the soil to dry out between watering.

The lighting might be weak or too far. They are getting leggy (stretching).

You got some Interesting responses @Jacke30 and some good information -- seems like you can get this dialed in and be good to go. Noticed you were using tap water and wonder what the pH is both before and after you mix.

Nothing wrong with using tap water as long as there are no chloramines in it, chlorine is fine. Leave your water sit for 24 hours. If it still smells like chlorine you have chloramine. You can water with chlorine. I use tap and my ppm from it is 250 mostly Ca and Mg.

You need a pH pen and a TDS/EC meter in case you don't have them already.

I don’t remember what my ph is before I make the mix but before I feed I ph to 5.8

And I’m using 2 54w t5 bulbs
They where about 10 inches away now there about 4 inches away
