G'day Willyam,

I'd probably raise your light about a foot. 3 foot distance for plants this young, seems fairly appropriate to me.
You could probably dim your light to 400w or so as well.

Have you been feeding them nutrient?
Ph?
If you've given them too much nutrient, it'll only amplify the heat stress / low humidity symptoms.

Lastly, scope the plants over for bugs. Not at all suggesting it is, but always a good idea to check.

Good luck.
Agree on raising and/or dimming your light.

I also want to know your pH but you need to do what Harley says get air moving between the tops of the plants and the light, but not blowing directly on the plant tops

I don't have a ph tester yet and I havnt watered since last week and it was with fox farms trio except I only used the veg and all stage nutes 1/4 teaspoon in a gallon of water. my fans set off at 4 degrees past set temp and shut off 4 degrees below temp. if I was to start over at this stage if I could what is ur recommended temp humidity and height of light water nutes and ph level. I need a basic standard as I like to have different strains

What type of soil is it?
Is it branded, or homemade?

That's quite a temperature spike. How's your ventilation, and extraction?
What's the temperature of the exterior space?

Personally i'd just keep the fans running 24/7.
That is a humidifier in there?

Probably plain water too, until the issue resolves itself.
Worst case scenario, they should grow out of it. I don't think it's necessary to start over.
Good learning curb, if you're new to this as well.

Get your pH in order for best results

soil is for farms black bag I think I went wrong there... lol
my wall oscalating is 3 speed 16in 90 degrees up and down manually has regular nature and sleep modes with the high med low speed
my air intake and exhaust are the same 6in cloudline t6 fan with smart controllers wich is why its a temp flux it has to go up 4 degrees to kick on and down 4degrees to kick off I cnt figure out how to change it to a 2 degree diference
the temp of exterior is all different one side is a all season room so its colder then a bathroom on one side a bedroom on another then a veg will separate this room anywas from the hallway.. I plan on getting silverboard retch insulation
and I have been when the lights are off I turn a heater on
and thanks good to know

that's what they look like today
Definitely heat stress. Those plants or that strain may benefit from a lower temperature around 22-24C and a isolating fan 110% RH @ 50-60% - get that all right and those girls will be alright. Looking good just minor adjustments.

But know that this is definately heat stress.

they did thrive better when the temp was done but everyone keeps saying to keep the temps up. I should add that I dnt know the strains lol

I pulled 10 hermies from June until July. Threw them in the woods. It started freezing. A friend noticed I had cannabis growing in the woods.

Just rootballs. Nearly every one of those hermies was alive. It took the third freeze for them to actually croak.

They're extremely tough.

well if it is heat stress what should I lower my temps to its set at 76 but my exhaust and intake wont kick on till 80 degrees and shuts off at 72

mind u I don't think the light being moved up 3ft is doing much to help avoid it.. I will take pics later off the whole set up

I would have said raise AND dim the light. They're still young and you'll need to work them up to full light levels a bit more gradually as the root zone expands to support it. Right now the leaves are releasing more moisture into the air than the roots can absorb. Don't worry, in a couple weeks they'll be soaking up all the light and water you can give them. For now you have to be gentle. They'll tell you if they're not getting enough light if they start to stretch.

I would say try 70F to 74F MAX. Raising the light will help that too. But if you need to get more fans + higher exhaust setting this will or could solve your problem. As they get bigger slightly increase your temps.
