One of my friend's grandkids went to NYC for a while modeling. She was 16-17 at the time. She doesn't do it anymore. Not sure if she got tired of it, or they got tired of her. She is very tall and skinny with white hair.

I imagine modeling is like pro baseball. The vast majority of players/models don't make the glamor bucks.
