400 w HPS is inefficient. 4x4 go at least 600w HPS. 630w CMH DE im running atm seems to work real well. Peeps are pulling insane GPW and quality with the 550 to.

Ordered a 600w digital hps/mh today, it adjusts from 250-400-600w. Didn’t hink about balancing my light bar though, my cmh has built in ballast to the shade. The 600 hps does not so I’ll will have to bolt something heavy to it to even it out.

I think ur one of the few on here that's not on the proper Aussie thread, I think u were invited weren't u? Its only a handful on this thread that are not on the other one. This thread is fun but its pretty basic growing stuff and some bashing, Ok for a few drinks but fairly pointless and not vey active.

Ive had a big week and im fkd up on several beers and Coco's Starflight Guava (those of u with testers understand...) but heres a few quick pics of some of some chit ive got going on. Been a bit slack the last week understandably and they need a good clean up.

Tangie, moby xxl and red poison update. I have a badazz og cookies seedling I’ll grow and clone and maybe mother plant if I can get organised. One of the red poisons has a something going on it’s getting the same treatment as the others that are healthy maybe one of you Jedi’s can answer the mystery

I don’t know if it’s just a sativa thing or this strain in particular but these would have to be some of the most unattractive flowers ever..
And then the other side of the plant looks like this ..? Trippy shit. And the hairs on all these buds seem to have disappeared inside without changing colour? They also smell different to the ones above.
And yes I know I have burnt tips I’m only feeding half strength nutes as always. Thinking maybe she needs to be leached every now and then not sure but at this stage of the grow I probably won’t do too much.

I have agree with bongsmoke tho..
Far too much credit is given to the grower and not the strain. You can’t magic a plant to produce flowers beyond what it’s genetically capable of. But u can nurture it in a way that helps it to achieve its full potential. And that’s my point; beyond providing the conditions that encourages a plant to thrive, the rest, and I believe majority of the credit belongs to the strain/phenotype/plant itself.
