Pass this out to your classroom.

I bet you could spot a RIU member in the room. It would be the one with a foolish grin on its face.:eyesmoke:

Then show up the next day with this on. LOL.

In case you are curious.

This experiment did not include results for bears immersed in concentrates :weed:

LOL we'd eat the gummy bears and sprout seedlings in the containers. It's what we do ;)

happy belated bday 'neer.. hope you had a great day.. :)
Drank a lovely dinner. This winery (Hurst Ranch) is up the street from me (about a mile's walk) and I sucked down a unit of the 2015 Sangiovese last evening, along with thin slices of cold Wagyu steak and a fresh batch of particularly successful béarnaise sauce.
The wine was a wee bit down on fruit from when I'd bought it a year ago (on release it had this exuberant !raspberry! thing going), but it had a huge spicy odor and flavor hit, "sunny California hillside in a bottle". I could sooo imagine it with say lasagna.

Here is the meat I grilled yesterday. I paired it with Annie's Epic Cheese Sauce; recipe below.
The tri-tip was a snowstorm of meaty beauty. The ribeye tasted better though, more bright meat yes in there. A favorite J-knife as a scale object; 6-inch blade.

The sauce:
1 part salted butter
2 parts heavy whipping cream
1 to 2 parts blue cheese (I'm currently using a chunk of Trader Joe's Roquefort)
1 1/2 parts sharp white Cheddar
Swiss cheese to adjust texture
Combine over LOW heat and stir until melty-smooth. Use at once; this sauce doesn't do well reheated.
