Call it not what you want, say i made it up, (I Did) cuz its a legit issue buyers should be aware of. Pretty missleading to tell a new guy all the great things about efficiency w/o telling him there is a possibility it just may not work out for you until you figure out the mystery dial combo.

No problems with all rhe other lighting techs but white leds something super special???
Id call them the odd man out making it a Defficency caused by white LED.

My monitor was just delivered today, which includes lux meter. After dialing back the wattage to 250watts the lux readings at canopy level measures
24,500 which is middle of the required amount posted below.
HOW MUCH LIGHT DO YOUR CANNABIS PLANTS REQUIRE?
  • Clones and seedlings: 5,000–7,000 lux
  • Vegetative growth: 15,000–50,000 lux
  • Flowering: 45,000–65,000 lux
  • Maximum recommended amount of light: 75,000 lux
My flower tent measures 42,180 at full power which is under the recommended requirement.
Just thought I'd share.

So if I want to add blue to my spectrum of all 90 and 97cri without using blue diodes would a cxb3590 6500k 70cri do the trick? I got a shit ton of red and far red and don't want to much stretch.

The only way to really compare cammies x84 light in a side by side a true side by side would be to match the wattage to whatever it puts out. If it puts out 384w of that pink shit light. Then you need 384w of white diodes. They dont have to be hlg lights. Just need to be all 561c or 301bs. Doesnt matter the brand of the light. The lights I build with legit Samsung diodes strips or boards. At the same wattage whatever that is will destroy those Chinese lights. Why did she all the sudden discontinue those lights? Bc they suck or bc shes asking an arm and a leg for old tech diode and computer fans. The same exact wattage in 3k 561c s6 diodes against her light it doesnt matter what spectrum she pulls from Alibaba the white leds will win every time. Yes mars and the like can grow dank bud if you know how to grow. There was no reason to veg all these plants for months and then not flower them. Everyone knows hlg are super efficient, and kinda pricey. But worth their weight. Bc they grow very very well. But so dont the lights I build with the same diodes. They dont have special diodes, they have top bin lm301b and lm561c s6 the same diodes anyone can get. It's a shame that this thread went 18 pages and nothing came out of it. Have cammie make up a light that's 1920w and put it up against a DIY i built for someone. I'd bet theres no comparison.

Btw that's my own personal made up spectrum. It puts out exactly 3775k. Veg and flower. Start to finish.

Spectrum has an affect on every aspect of the plant in every stage. I've flowered from 1750k clear up to 10k. And every in between and mixed all together. Pink is not the best spectrum. That mix that is shown in the charts is not the optimal spectrum to flower with.
