I'll open 2 boxes of Mac n cheese to use the extra cheese pouch on 1 box. Also, sometimes I put sliced hotdogs and a little ketchup in my Mac n cheese

Try some Gochujang (just a little) in place of ketchup. Also you can now buy cheese powder if you are partial to it.

I was thinking of making chopsticks an option, just cut the local Chinese buffet has Mac and cheese and I do eat it with chopsticks there lol.

Seriously. It's not mac n cheese without the fistful of black pepper. I always add in some sharp cheddar and the mandatory extra butter. Instead of tuna..... bacon flavored spam fried or grilled thin and crispy for the crunch factor . Off the hook.
