Referring to the 2 girls that weren't going to make it under the white. Not in my hands anyways. They were seized up, purple stems & yellowing leaves.
Few days under the burples, they perked right up. Just started them on Dyno-Gro & so far they've had 2 feeds n looking good.
OMS, how do i hype these lights that are not even for sale anymore? Thats not my intentions. Just documentation.

they were $4/watt. no joke.
They were crazy expensive. The 84x had a retail sticker of $449. HGL agrees that it was way overpriced for today's market. They immediately quit pushing the sale of the entire x3 line, and discontinued them immediately. They didn't even keep selling them while they made the new generation to replace these.
Everyone has their opinions on the tech. @lukio if you would like to try out the spec, I will send you one from my store to try out. You can keep it, it is free, no strings attached. Don't even give me your name or real address, just tell me in an email where to send it, and I will. It will not come from HGL, nor will they ever have your 'information' that you gave me.
What do you say? Want to try it out? I'm serious. I know you live across the pond, offer still stands.

what does that mean? i still talk to him on instagram, his garden is always impressive.

Greengenes is on the Jacks

i'm on Megacrop cause i cant source Jacks in England. There are many options.

edit. nice roots, man. i really need an aero-cloner. plants look happy too
Thank you!
Naw, nothin really Xcept Six brought it around. Thats how GG n everyone for the most part people found out about it.
There's options I'm sure. Now that they're either being designed for it or people are starting to find out what they are through unfortunate Trail & Error. Notice all the companies coming up with separate Mag additives now? And thats only from led customer feedback. That's why soon they'll be P changes as well.
As to even why it happens in CoCo is just new to me & still something i understand barely only half of.
Its worth discussing fir sure & not ignored for others to be baffled & disappointed when they don't have to. Led freaking Rocks the house man. Everyone should be able to know this for themselves by avoiding start up trouble.
It is 100% spectrum related IMO & everything else happens as a result. If everything else never happened before then id say thats an issue. A mighty expensive learning experience unless you were fortunate enough to get the right nute, advice, or be in the right media from day one.

Ok! But am i verbally pumping them like buy these n stuff? Or just by posting pics of documentation that maybe you or others consider good results? Or because i personally am pleased with the results thus far spectral wise to growth characteristics? Idk!? Help me understand pls cuz i am not baised to either side & see the good in both for my garden.
You know me enough by now Bud, if i was pumping these bitches you'd know it.:lol:

Yo, sup man. Thats very kind - I appreciate the offer but theres no way you'll catch me running anything from sCammie, not even her new lights that dont look half as crap. She'd bloody love that.:weed:

Send them to someone without, ive got tonnes of lighting.

cheers
You could run them in Lukios "Extra Secret" Garden of Paradise! Sshhh, on the DL .:shock::weed:
Then at least you can form an educated decision on the spectrum & possibly help others in regards to the differences in lighting.
I know i don't talk to much as advice about things I've never handled personally.

Did I call it, or what.

My quote from another site just the other day:

White led grow light companies are already adding red to their white leds. Is it going to stop there? When will they add blue, and green and maybe get rid of white all together?
White led light is very efficient. It is replacing CFL and incandescent everywhere. I have white LED in just about my whole house. It works great, and it is WAY worth it to make the switch, imo.
For growing? Any light will work for growing. I don't think this is in question, or at least I hope it isn't.
My curiosity is in what are the plants using, and what are they not using? Get rid of what they are not using, if even by an experiment, and nothing scientific at all to back it up. It is still an interesting topic, for sure.
So, it looks like that is being done here. Is this tech working? Yes, yes it is. How, why, I don't know. I only know where, when, and who. I am watching it myself.
Is this the perfect spectrum? Maybe, maybe not. Is it working, and are we on to something here? It looks like it to me.
This company will even make a one off for a customer (most likely). So if you really dig the spec, but in your professional opinion you think it needs this or that, talk to them, get your special light, and try it out. Want white instead of green in there?....I can't answer that, but in the name of science, I can see it happening.

Well said!
And yes, that did not take long. Haha! A tit for tat at that! Nice on both sides!
