I'm still trying to wrap my head around the fact that megacrop doesn't give plants nitrogen toxicity. Does it have something to do with the kind of nitrogen that they are using?
I honestly don't know .I can tell you that I haven't had any nitrogen toxicity issues at maximum feed rates so far with the 2 strains Ive run start to finish with it so far(GG#4 and C99). I switched to a lower nitrogen CalMag since I use coco and LED so it needed it but I didn't want to risk nitrogen toxicity. From here on out the only bottles i use are a CalMag, Vit B, Carb, Enzymes.

What enzymes are you using? I bought a 4L of Enzymes Komplete for $110 in February. It says to use 8ml/gal but like everything I use less, about 6ml/gal. I hear that is expensive for enzymes.
I run megacrop @4g/gal in flower and 3g/gal in veg. Also in flower I add 1.5g/gal of calmag pro and 1g/gal of bud explosion.
My cousin is using 6g/gal megacrop and his Gods green Crack look awesome besides the aphid problem he is battling with Kootenay biosoil method 1.

Nice, I'm curious to hear how it works out for ya.
I will definitely let you know. If I end up using this grow it will be in promix but next grow I believe I am returning to coco because I am a complete retard when it comes to growing in soil.
If you use brick coco, are you rehydrating with water with Mega Crop already in it ? and if so is it at full strength or at baby strength ?

Gonna order some mega crop for the next run. Wasnt overly impressed with the general hydro. It wasnt horrible but def had far better results with AN in the past.

its not surprising the lack of need of ferts.... plants in a decent soil have all that they need....
I usually just feed the soil and its inhabitants a sugar source to keep them flourishing....
they in turn will keep the plants flourishing.

that's what I did and of course my shit face bitch neighbour "Paula Shitrotten" called the building dept just to cause me grief....just like she tried to sue me for encroaching on her property with my fence..even though I had actually set my fence 5 feet onto my side of the property line....so she would not have any access to it or looking over it without trespassing herself....lol the judge almost wet himself laughing at her ....after listening to her reasoning for trying sue me....
he also deemed her a "serial litigant" and told her she could still continue to sue me for stuff..... that just wastes the courts time... but it was going to cost her multiple times the regular fee to file the paperwork....going forward....

I was allowed to have the green house I just had to move the thing further back in my yard due to its proximity to my septic bed....according to the building dept.

My plants are in a windy area so I'm very lucky not to have to concern myself with PM but I guess if you finish with it at least you can give it a bath and wash it off instead of throwing away your bud.

I would much rather compost my bud. This is that classic cash crop mentality. I grow medicine, not money to pay my bills.

Cheers :)

Not really cash crop mentality, more like if this is all the bud I have and it has PM....then it's better than throwing it away. Just tryin to help dude, it doesn't work for you - that's cool too. I would hardly call Jorge Cervantes a cash cropper though.

Ya its a good choice thing to do.....I had some bud worms and later mold in the last two years crop...
I always cut way around mold...Its seems wasteful but then again burying some whole buds(with a few seeds in them) in my compost
is what lead to that strain I have currently that starts by itself.... and finishes quite early....
It stands to reason that land race strains propagate exactly that way....a whole plant female grows... matures... dies.... falls over as whole buds with seeds in them....they over winter ..start to rot in spring and sprout perfect conditions for those seeds contained within the buds to grow landrace copies of the mother and father..... I had 8 come up in one area of my compost alone in about 2 square feet....
