Hello all. I'm looking for the fastest flowering strains. Please only give input if you have grown the strain before.
Thanks in advance
Thanks in advance
Bit of a stretch to call autoflowers marijuana. Kinda like calling high schoolers adults...Plenty of fast autos can be done right around 50-60 days, seed to harvest.
Why? There's no fucking way you'll get as much bud from a photo that quick, even from clone, unless it's a massive clone.Bit of a stretch to call autoflowers marijuana. Kinda like calling high schoolers adults...
Technically, maybe, sure.. whatever...
But fuck that.
I disagree. Why? There's no fucking way you'll get as much bud from a photo that quick, even from clone, unless it's a massive clone.
Ya that's my point exactly, but if your happy with it ok43 days from seed, about 2 weeks more and it would have finished, but it smokes nice. Plenty o' buzz behind it.

I disagree.
Cloning is central to having reliably good bud.
This really quite easy to quickly harvest large amounts, autos dont even have a chance
This is my motherboard. 10 strains, clones cuts for exact genetics. I know what you're saying.Ya that's my point exactly, but if your happy with it ok
True there are situations where they are a fair choice, much like high school students may be a ok choice for a job. This is my motherboard. 10 strains, clones cuts for exact genetics. I know what you're saying.

Here's LSD-25 autos at day 43. 36" tall, 20-22" around. Loaded with budsites.

Fact is, you don't know everybody's situations. Some folks grow in cabinets or little boxes, they don't have space for clones. Some folks have timeframes and deadlines to meet and need a faster run than a photo. Some folks only need a few ounces. Not everybody is a professional, they just want some bud.
As far as potency/quality, I'm just starting to play with them but I have no gripes. They are what they are.
That's why it's called a grow "style".True there are situations where they are a fair choice, much like high school students may be a ok choice for a job.
BUT, I could never get what I get if I ran autos.
I keep 3 mothers in 3 gallon containers under a single 315 cmh. It feeds me as many clones as I could ever use, running a 4 stage perpetual room. Plants go in the day I harvest so zero downtime. Harvest every 2 weeks.
I highly doubt I could get the production I get even if I put autos in the whole possible area, PLUS if I did do autos I'd be spending around 200 every month or 2 on seeds that would give variable results.
I havent bought seeds in about 5 years.
Autos are a nitch area, I just dont see it for long term..
Probably the post you SHOULD have lead with lol. Thanks everyone for your input. The reason I asked is because next spring I have permission to grow on my buddies farm only 20 min from my house. I have never grown outdoors and live in southern Ontario. Autoflower would be expensive as its 120 plant license. I new it was a lie seeing 5 and 6 week finishers.
Powdery mildew is my biggest concern
I'm definitely going to need to build hopp houses.
the big problem is that theres a massive differance between harvestable and finished.
The majority of the yield comes at the end. You can harvest whatever you want at 6 weeks, some people do and claim it's a 6 week strain.
Another grower with the same clone may take it 9 weeks and get 4-5x the yield.
Dont shoot yourself in the foot trying to do quicker cycles and loose in the end is my .02
If it were a thing then most of us would be doing it hahaI new it was a lie seeing 5 and 6 week finishers.
