I have 4 plants growing in pots outside in sw florida 3 look "normal" But one looks "stringy" not "buddy" have never seen budd like this before will it be smokable? Pic of plant attached. Thanks in Advance.

I am gonna guess herbicide got in the soil .
I have never seen anything like that!

Smokable? yes.
Most likely she ended up like that because she is a leafy plant or a mutant that started flowering from seed. Also being from SF, Flowering time last from August - May, I would have let her veg for a bit before taking her outside

She has been outside since sprouting. My other 3 plants have beautiful hairy budds on them but the one .... well u saw the pic lol I'm just letting her grow till the other 3 are ready. But have never seen budd like that.
