after drying... Mold?

I looked at it with a pocket microscope and I didn't see anything strange, except for the golden-brown color
also the consistency is normal

I will keep an eye on them...

That first pic in the first post looks like the stem is moldy. When I look for moldy buds under a good magnifier it's easy to see. It looks like hairy fuzz all through the buds. Not so easy to see with the naked eye unless it is really brown.

I see no rot. Not all strains dry to green. It looks as if it was cured.
No all strains dry to green. Chlorophyll breaks down into green compounds hence the green colour. Fungi and bad growing will turn bud brown but i assure you we produce a green product from the dry.

Tobacco leaves contain an enzyme that turns it brown and degrades chlorophyll but weed dosent hence why the green chlorophyll breaksdown to green compounds.

Hope that explains the drying process more clearly :-)

Disaagree here. I have had buds of gold hue, purple, pink, light green, dark green, and black purple. I have found buds that fell off my plant in the grow room that will quickly turn brownish gold after being exposed to the light while drying. Curing also changes the color of the buds.

light will also change bud color

i see no rot,but pics arent great...take a pic with the flash on and the bud on a white surface

I have a green product 100% of the times - chlorophyl dictates this.

if you mess up it may turn brown as explained and the sun can bleach the green compound but luckily the advice is to not store weed or dry in the sun. The cure takes an age to turn green to brown and most just arent leaving buds lying about this length.

So in reality we have and produce a green product and the rest is just grower error :-)

I guess I must be making errors lol

No bad smell? Just describe the smell damn...

Lots of growers live in mold infested homes. Always check somone toilet tank and smell their bath towels before deciding to work with them. I've ordered enough moldy shit off eBay to confirm about 45% of the country lives in mold.

Green is the most efficient colour so showing bud with anthocyanin from cyanidid in them and the subsequent purple colourations tells us that the plant suffered enough stress to reduce its energy requirements.

Could it have been grown better - yes, ergo there were errors.

Your bud looks nice though, thats not the issue here :-)

Ill have disagree, again. From my experience its strain dependent. Jungle boys must have the same problem.
