When should I start and stop giving my plant calmag

Just make sure its readly available for the plant if it needs. Cant really overdue it bro.
I usually make sure once in a while i use plant food epson salt (not the foot bath stuff thats lavender and scented) 1tbs per gal of water for a feeding PH it after about 30mins bc it takes a second to break down all the way, if theres any sign of light yellowing at all or i feel the girls arent as dark as they should be ill throw some in a feeding but I base my doses of anything on how shes looking entirely. Typically yellowing is N or calmag or PH so its not to hard to make sure all above are available with the right PH and youll be straight...

i throw 2.5 ml per gallon of cal mag into every gallon i feed my plants... never had any issues running it from beginning of veg till the day i chop while running ebb n flo hydro

if you are in soil then you should be doing the whole water, water feed regiment, in which case adding 2.5 ml to every gallon of feed water would be fine, i've never seen a cal mag issue in person in true soil.... a soil less mix like pro mix should be treated just like hydro

I'm doing no-till living soil, so I only do water for the most part, with top dressing and an occasional tea. Too much Mg isn't always a good thing. I just try to feed it what it wants.

then don't feed any chemical nutrients. u risk killing all ur beneficial microbes... I would like to do all natural but hydro and organic don't mix

I never use chemicals in my organic grow. Gotta feed the microbes, not kill them.

I know , as soon as you said true living soil , which is totally different then a regular soil grow, you shouldnt have to add anything but a tea here and there to your stuff, i did TLS when i was younger and had lots of fun with it, I used to love watching all the worms and bugs crawling around in my pots.

What kind of nutrients I can use in that soil and is it ok to cut it with peat moss

Yeah if your absurd with how much you put in but from a common-sense standpoint it's hard to put too much

A pinch of Epsom is better. Mag and Sulfur.
The flowers love sulfur. Sativa gets red stems when it need more mag.

Maybe your water already has enough?

I personally set out to:
Seedling/Clone EC 0.15 CaMg 5:1
Veg EC 0.25 CaMg 3:1
Flower EC 0.4 CaMg 2:1

Exactly, but these guys put it better.

A little extra magnesium is not particularly harmful. When growing in soil, excessive quantities of magnesium do not appear quickly. Too much magnesium inhibits the uptake of calcium, and the plant displays general symptoms of an excess of salts; stunted growth, and dark-coloured vegetation.

Hydro and organic go just fine. I dunno who told you otherwise, but they lied to you.

Also, "chemical" nutrients (which should be stated as synthetic), won't hurt your microbes. Doesn't benefit them, but doesn't hurt them either.
