ya id say that would do it with a maxed out space plan, be around 30 grams plus a plants at 100 plants is 3000k, plants shouldn't be bigger then 12 inches. im sure good LED's woud do it too

at the greenhouse farm I worked at they had this 5000 dollar Philips unit and were intense enough for an 8 foot height over the plants(worked great for our starts)

your Homegrow LEDs are just the wrong ones
dude you are probably a trimmer for a LP now that I read over your posts.

Says the guy who’s mad because he tried to flower a 4x4 with a light that’ll flower a 2x2

Fuck LED right?
I run 1ks and have never had a table smaller than a 4x8...

but yeah I guess if you are retarded... what you say might make sense...

I'm about to get my first LED light, its shit, but it was cheap and my seedling/clone space is small as fuck
Coool but here's the thing. The HPS guys that do experiment runs with led to decide before investing HAVE TO purchase GOOD LED fixtures or DIY or else using cheap Alibaba Burples will only leave a super Sour Taste in your mouth n it aint No SourD either.
Totally recommend trying led before diving in but at least do yourself the justice of purchasing one that is more efficient then a SE-HPS. Maybe even has a real warranty & claimed diodes/cobs/drivers.
Being new to it, you'd most deffinetly want a dimmer function or 1/2 way power switch.
Personally, i always test a new light over one plant in a 4x4 (for flower duration) to show et a feel for it & determine whether I even like it.. Sometimes (seeing how many led companies are spectrum guessing) i will try different plant strains under different spectrums to find the one it prefers or grows most easily under prior to choosing for flower.
BTW , I know what i like but also enjoy testing new models as each time they usually get better. My feedback helps the company that's light I'm testing is my hopes.
Having tried several types, styles & spectrums, i can tell you this - they are NOT all equal. Often times completely opposite which is my concern to your purchasing cheap.
Buy a cheap Alibaba led n we'll all see you back here in a few months complaining how your leds barely matched your HPS. Or T-5 in your situation.
100w of good led strips = 480w HO, T-5.
I have proven this 100x over with my Horizons, par-meter & documented vegging.
So, believe what you will but buying cheap, low efficiency led is not gonna do you any justice bud.
