Solo Cup Christmas Tree: Who's In?

Welcome everyone. I'd like to create a thread for exactly what the title says....a Solo Cup grow off. Before the grow starts, I'd like to give a few days to allow other members to join if they'd like. By no means is this a contest where you will win anything. ( well maybe some bud to smoke at the end from your plant ) Anyways, I want to keep it as simple as possible. Below I'll post the rules of the contest. If this is something you want to be apart of, then please feel free to join in or maybe just follow along. With that being said let me get to the rules of the grow.

1.The plant MUST be in a 16-18 oz. Solo cup for the entire grow.

2.Please upload with picture your plant at least once a week.

3.If you join, please upload your grow information. ( Lights used, nutes and so on )

This concludes the rules of the grow. Very easy and simple. Just a fun and simple grow.

I put four germinated seeds into solo cups yesterday and put them into my veg tent. I'll dedicate a couple to this 'contest', just for fun. So technically I'll be about a week ahead due to when I started my germination.

I've also got 16 clones in solo cups as well, but all of those will be transplanted. Half will be for the outdoor growing season, the rest will go to flower indoors.

Clones give a small advantage but the seeds will do. Thank you for joining in. Just please try to update at least weekly with picture. Also if you can comment your grow specs. (lights used, medium, nutes and so on )

Sure.

- Sunshine Mix #4 grow medium
- 2x4x4' veg tent
- 4x4x6.5' flower tent
- 400W MH air-cooled HID veg lamp (24/0 schedule)
- 600W HPS air-cooled HID flower lamp
- Veg tent: 76F, ~60% humidity
- Flower tent: Lights on: 74F, ~45% humidity, Lights off: 62F, 55%
- Tent room: 50F, 30% humidity
- Standard hydro nutrients from local grow shop (three part)
- 5.8-6.2 pH tap water

Thank you. I just like to see the different set-ups people have and how well they work. I'm debating on what strain I want to use. I got a bunch to choose from lol.

I'm in .I'm new to this all. Just signed up today for this site.I'm doing my first grow now but a solo cup sounds fun I just go get one from dg in a few min.we got to go any ways I have a ton of seeds so I can germinate a couple and try !

Awesome. I just signed up yesterday myself. Just want to have some fun with a group of members on a grow.

Of the seeds I put into dirt yesterday, I've got two Blueberry, and two of my own making, Blueberry x Afghani #1.

The clones (which don't count here), I'm growing Blueberry, Sour Diesel, Green Crack and Afhani #1.

I just chopped a Green Crack x Amnesia Haze cross 2 months ago. The smoke is fantastic. I wanted to grow Blueberry but heard a rumor that a batch of Blueberry hermies has been going around. How true that is I have no clue. I got a bunch of Blue strains, Durban Poison, White Widow, a couple Kush strains and so on. I may pick a cookies strain.

My Blueberry strain is from about five years ago, of which I made my own feminized seeds, so I don't need to worry about strain issues, regardless of what heresay is going around :)
