stick with stocks that pay out with a nice dividend yield. Best way to build your portfolio and profit. Defense stocks seldom lose. Get filler stocks in things you use ALOT. I stay out of medical due to easy lost on lawsuits and untested products. My wife invest in medical equipment company, but she know more about them then I
