It was a joke, cuz she's being all salty about old Bernie, 4 years after she beat him. I will concede she got votes, but votes don't necessarily align with personal feelings as much as they do ideologies or party loyalty. How many of those votes were against Trump, and not for "Hillary",
She was not immensely popular. She was just a rich, corporate funded, white lady with a goal.

Plus citizens there trust the government, we don't; and Norway doesn't have the level of corporate corruption we have.
Nor do they have immigration issues.
In the U.S., government jobs are always awarded to the low bidder; who in turn are forced to use low grade materials.
It's how they got the job, and the reason our roads are continually full of potholes.
And now we have a bunch of overpaid lawyers masquerading as politicians, currently wasting yet more tax dollars on an impeachment process.

That's funny, by my calculations the DNC needs Sanders supporters votes. If he were to run as an independent, the dem votes would be split giving trump a downhill slide to victory, if he isn't removed. Which he won't be.
