mate you need two of these 6l humidifiers put in amongst 4 of your pots each as they grow in summer

Nah. Looks like he’s in a largish bedroom. Two of those little units won’t cut it. He’d be running his exhaust constant. So he’d need one of those 9 or 12 head units to keep up.

They work great up to a certain room sizes. You’re spot on with how you set them up. There’s videos on that web site too. You need to use a well sealed tub (IP 65), do a hole cutout for placing the fan on top on one side of the lid and screw n silicon it down, and another hole on opposite side for the fog outlet. Run a pool vacuum hose piece from outlet with a 90 degree conduit end behind an oscillating wall fan. Set it up to a humidistat that can do day/night settings....bingo.
Use RO water in them and run some light H202 in them to keep em clean as the misting unit does heat the water a bit.
Great detailed rite up ozy im sure anyone thats keen on runnin that type of system cldn go wrong with it after reading that an if old mate wanted to go dwn that track its all here for him. Is the ro water used to pro long the life of the fogga unit or does it produce a better fog thats easier on the plants..
Bloody spewing i cant currently get an indoor room going but wen the time comes be good to rattle the brains of people with knowlege like urself

Been a cple hours since i lookd at the link ozy posted but from memory for a decent one was 50 to 150 bucks? then a few extra buks to set it all up. With a room/setup like his i see it being money well spent. Although a room of that size i would have set it out different to make the most of the space.

Yes, gave him a link before. All the infos there for him if he reads the posts, and the link.
No point spending any money if it’s not going to work, that’s wasteful.
i must of missed that is it back a few pages?

been watering at lights on at 7pm over here

Yeah the RO water’s a must. If you don’t use it you won’t get long from the disks on the mist head, and deposits like calcium on everything including the plants/leaf surfaces.

I shall get me some of these humidifiers because when lights are off the temp drops to 24 an humidity stays the same
Yep, you’re at the mercy of whatever the outside conditions are that you’re pulling into the room. On the flip side once you’ve got a heap of foliage, or in flower you’ll be wanting to pull the RH down, especially at lights out.

Welcome to indoor gardening ;)

Theres growth regulators like tricontinol that are fine, but they dont blow up the flowers like Paclo and others do.
How do you know which are the good ones? This product doesn't say anything on the label but on the web site in ingredients it says :
Plant Growth Regulators: 600ppm made up of Cytokinins, Auxins, Gibberellins and Betaines

Those fogga sytems that were posted earlier look the goods. Get a big tub/bucket slap the fogga in there an run off a humidistat. Dnt kno allot about it bout sounds like a good plan with a set up of your size, it would be something i would look into anyway
they look awesome and they are not that expensive.
