I'd agree with Med, as i like mine all cloudy with a couple ambers.

I kinda go with the "if you think it's ready... wait one more week."

Can you post a whole plant pic? Its hard to tell just looking at a single bud.
The trich heads don't quite look like they've filled in yet but you're probably getting close to your harvest window.

Follow oldmedusers advice and give it another wk (even two) to be sure.

Edited to add: Beware of the "false finish". Always scope a few different areas on the plant.

That's a chop chop for me. Decent amount of amber. The earlier you chop the more racy or more energy the stone will be, the later you chop the more couch lock the stone will be. I think the longer you wait, more THC degrades into CBN. I think you have more THCA in an earlier chop but this decarboxilates into THC. If it's only 1 bud though that's like that, I'd wait or harvest in stages.

EDIT:
"If you are growing mostly Indica hybrids, it is better to harvest your plants when the resin glands are completely developed but not fully ripen - before they turn amber - unless you want to be glued to your sofa."

"If growing mostly Sativa hybrids , make sure that all resin glands are fully developed and 30% of them are amber before harvesting your plants.
If you extend the flowering period, you take the risk of decreasing both the taste and the typicall sativa "high" - stimulant - effect."

They're chugging along great but you've got a little ways to go. Some look like they could go another month.

Allot of people do it I've read allot about it and had already started some autos so 12/12 from seed some fresh females
Wont harm anything and will save you some vert space. Got clones off either one? Would love to see a lollipop carpet if you end up liking one. 12/12 soon as a clone is rooted served me well a time or two. Nice looking plants, good job!

I'd say longer on the NL after seeing whole plant. Maybe 10+ but I'd check in a week like others have said.
