Yes it works. If you use too strong of a solution it can burn your plants.

At good as a preventative. If you’re trying to use neem to cure shit....not going to happen.

I’ve used neem oil for spider mites plenty of time’s. And each time it got rid of them. Here’s what I did.
Mix 2 tsp neem oil and a good squirt of dish soap in 1 liter water. Water should be slightly warm to help disperse the oil.
Spray plant, mostly underside of leaves, every 3 days for 9 days. Mites are gone.

Neem oil upsets the little buggers stomachs and stops the critters from advancing their life cycle. It won't kill eggs, you have to repeat in a week.
