88 days since "flip" when do i start counting

So I can't seem to find a straight answer as to when to start counting what week of flower your in. Its been 88 days since I flipped this girl meaning since I switched the light cycle to 12/12. She showed sex in 18/6 and i kept vegging so i don't wanna hear you count from when you see pitols. I just wanna know what week im in .

you start counting the day you flip, 88 days / 7 days in a week, you're in week 13, technically 12.571

some sativa leaning pheno's can flower for like 16 weeks, its not unheard of..

my guess is its from an F1 batch or something and they were just wrong, like 9 weeks* - * = for most of the plants of that strain.
Or maybe they gave you the wrong bean in the pack or something? It's that or your day count is wrong.

I found it in a bag it wasnt a seed i ordered. I just looked it up online.not really expecting it to finish in that time. I logged all my feedings and light cycles. I guess I'll go by the day I flipped then . still seems so wierd

ah gotcha, yeah she looks like 50/50 hybrid, definitely a little more towards indica so i would think 9ish weeks but yeah its totally random. Like they say, she's ready when she's ready. Sometimes they just take longer. If all those new white hairs darken in the next couple days here you could only be a few weeks out. Probably right at 15-16 weeks but you'll have to see what happens.

Right. I feel like I'm in week 7 or 8 from looks.

I start counting when I first see decent flowers starting to form. Usually 10-14 days after flip.

I guess itd be towards the end of it, but theyll keep stretching some after flowers show up.

That explains it. They will still turn out ok, may take a few more days (14-20), just not as good as under a 600 hps.
