Well having it in the window isn't good if it's warm enough I would put it outside right now if you can't put it outside or don't have a light for it the plant will be lanky. I would of just started it outside.

Yeah then it's still a bit to cold right now. Then the only thing i can think of is get a light for it. And if you do get a light and it's led you have to do your research on it to know which ones are good but you can get a decent veg light for around 100$ on Amazon. Or just wait till it's warm enough.
