Years ago I ordered from Dr chronic maybe 20 years ago now G13 Haze Northern Lights and I actually got those two and they were good. Flash Forward to 2018 I spent about three grand with choice seeds or Attitude seeds by the time I realized that almost everything I got regardless who they were from meaning Cali Connection Bulldog seeds whatever Distributors they were selling almost without question they were garbage. To be specific from Cali Connection I bought sour diesel 10 packs twice and they were almost all either bad or hermaphrodites. I bought Gorilla Glue and Bruce Banner the Gorilla Glue hermaphroditic eight of the ten the Bruce Banner was so horrible I just cut them down and never tried to grow them again. A lot of times I've seen with new seeds you have to grow him a couple of times to see their full potential but when they're that bad from the start what full potential is there. I've been at it for 30 years just about. And I think it's a shame that there's really not many places to go and get what you actually pay for. If you live in a part of the country where you're lucky enough to have a healthy underground scene or above-ground scene then count yourself lucky. I had about 30 or 40 freebie packs that I had amassed some only containing one seed some containing two or three and oddly enough most of them were amazing. So I think the game is to buy as little as you can and get as many freebies as you can because the only thing you can count on or almost count on is that the freebies are going to be better than what she actually bought I'm sure I'm not telling a lot of you guys anything out there I'm sure you've experienced this for yourself. Considering this is what drew me to this forum I figured I'd start here as my first thread. If anybody can point me in the direction of a reputable website I'd appreciate it. I still think the best way to go to share with like-minded individuals who care more about the joy and love they have for what they're doing then turning a profit on genetics.
Are you getting the seeds your paying for or just garbage to get a few good freebies hopefully.

Are those the only two seesbanks you use? If you had been on the forums you would have found many a good breeder to choose from.
What breeders have you used beside cali connection? ( They don't have a good rep on the forum world)
Look into Cannarado, Bodhi, Karma, CSI and Archive seeds and many others in the seed review section.
You've been at it 30 years and you haven't grown out these people? Assuming you started growing in your 20's even 30's I'd imagine you would have been on an online forum.

cali connect is trash, and most other on attitude are trash aswell. most of them buy seeds at whole sale and put a name on them, some maybe the strain and other may not be. there is some still good breeder on attitude but only a few..

I've used so many but unfortunately all from attitude or Dr chronic. At least 30 different breeders from attitude alone. I don't believe I'm getting there seeds though anybody can take a couple of seeds thrown together and make a ton of seeds and if they are buying some real seeds from these companies to cover the fact that they're doing that these companies may not know. The part that really got me thinking was how often do you have reputable breeders like Barneys for instance selling packs and packs of hermaphrodites you would think they'd be smart enough and I would believe that they are smart enough to use well-known phenos when breeding. I bought Liberty Haze from Barney's for instance and the plants were so scraggly they were complete garbage I don't believe those came from Barneys for one second. Barney's is a top-shelf breeder and I believe that if I got it directly from Barneys I would love what I got. Oddly enough though if I got a freebie seed and it happened to be from Barney's it was fabulous how strange. So it's not the Breeders that I'm looking for I know who the good breeders are but what companies are actually selling true genetics. Thank you guys for your quick response though much appreciated. Just so you know my background I've been growing for about 28 years I'm 43 years old. 25 years ago I worked at one of the first Hydroponics shops to open in the Northeast and got quite an education. I started growing at 14 and I've never been on an online forum. I'm definitely old-school. Things have changed quite a bit but in my day talking online was quite dangerous. Hard to believe huh there's still some of us dinosaurs around. LOL unfortunately where I live there still isn't a thriving genetics scene so I figured I'd reach out to see if I could find some like-minded individuals.

If you're in North America then there is very little reason to shop overseas. Try Neptune, Great Lakes for seedbanks and if possible directly from breeders/chucked.
The names you have listed have piss poor reputations. Stick around here and you'll find all sorts of great information and who and where to get good beans.

Never had a problem with gear from attitude that wasn't just a bad choice in breeder. Also, I stopped buying seeds for "Freebie" deals especially attitudes promos....most often they are garbage, old stock.
Just research some of the breeders in the most current threads on the seed section here, and try any of those that interest you. Attitudes menu is oversaturated with bunk companies, so you can't just trust a strain description on their website.

What are people asking you for; or is this just self, have they asked you for newer hybrids?
I've been looking for a good Sour Diesel for a long time one of my favorites and for some reason it's pretty much eluded me. I got a good phyno one time a long time ago and then came down with spider mites and had to start from scratch. Also would like to get runtz I like how it automatically spells that with a z I was going to make sure I did it that way. That one is a crowd pleaser I hear.lol as time goes by no matter what you have and how good it is it becomes the same old same old. You know how it goes I don't need as much variety as most but I do need a little.

Those are some of the newer stuff marking it's rounds. Sour Diesel won't get you as much as a "cookies" hybrid strain.
Lastly I know you want diesel's so I'd get a chem strain from Topdawg: but more specifically since you asked for a diesel:
I'd look for his sour Diesel bx2 ,I'm not sure where that one is.
