Not with this corona I do believe anyone can apply they removed the conditions, and even if you do get fired it’s t only says on your roe dismissed
If you get dismissed with cause your fucked probably won’t get it ( you really really did something ie fighting/threatening)
Dismissed can mean you got fired but it’s such a broad description most times you will get it if you have a good reason/defence to why you got fired/quit

i will be 34 this yr and my youngest sister turns 33 this yr so no that is not the case they did a blanket increase on unemployment for the next 6 weeks and yes if youre a hard working american who pays taxes and provides for yourself you would kno that that would be a dumb move but this country is filled with bum azz people who dont want to work for what they have they just bleed us tax payers to fund these govt programs i personally know someone who lives in a house gettin section 8 payin 50 dollars a month for rent gettin 600 dollars a month in foodstamps she collects unemployment and they just dont report that he lives there and he works 12 hrs a day 5 days a week making close to 4 grand a month... those are the people that are the problem with the "blanket increase" ... my first post was just a dark joke that if i would be out of a job i would be financially better off at this moment im too proud to live off the govt everything i have i have worked for js

The idea is to give people the money not just to help them out but to give a boost to the economy, because poor people spend money like there's a hole in their pocket. Give it to a rich man and he will save it. But yeah, a lot of people who don't grasp what's going on focus on the easy, they will get more money being laid off in the short run.

im sorry to hear that i def understand that while for some a massage is a luxury and others have medical need ... and my job was quick to give us all letters stating we are "essential employees" to present to law enforcement if stopped.

Yeah, this would be considered playing the system during a time of crisis. People who actually think this way would be the first to bitch and complain when they can't find a job, when this is all over, because someone who actually lost their job to this pandemic took the job they gave up for unemployment benefits. I thought you were a complete idiot until I saw that last sentence.

i was born at night but not last night... yea youd have to be a big dummy to do that fr... i work for boeing and at might site we supply the department of defense so i feel fairly safe that i will stay working thru this unless heaven forbid i get the ronavitus
