I mean he dodged the last question so this must be the answer.
leaves much to be desired... 0 info on the internal mechanism... no study at all, the writer works in the industry...A lot of it is actually here lol...I didn't even know he wrote for maximum yield...anyways it's all in there...checkout the article on powdery mildew.

I dodged your question because of how far u deflectedI guess maximum yield must be a garbage magazine too then yeah? He's one of their main contributors I just found out.

FactsThis place is better
Ed has deteriorated quite a bit. But his " Guide to Bigger Better Buds" should be gospel. And the best plants and buds I have access to are no package Amish behind the barn. Glad they love beer.A lot of the experts have their own agendas, you just need to be able to figure out which articles of theirs to follow and which to discard as being biased. I’ll be the first to admit that I follow a lot of what Ed Rosenthal recommends...even though he sprinkles ads throughout his books. I just love the way he writes and I find his writings easier to understand and follow. The thing is, there is no “100% right way” to grow weed. People get fantastic results using very different methods. I’ve seen some mind blowing results from a guy who grew in soil, in a 4x4 tent, under only 280W of QB. I certainly couldn’t get those results under those conditions.
so I take it u just took the bush trimmers to the top and whacked her off a bit?I've been doing it since electric trimmers. Unless pulling cuttings. By hand then. Check this in my journal in two weeks.View attachment 4526583
Do you non trimmers see how sad this now exposed undergrowth is? It honestly needs to go. Just draining your nutes and opening yourself to illness. I'll be trimming the lower parts in 4-5 days. Avoiding "bleeding the plant out".I've been doing it since electric trimmers. Unless pulling cuttings. By hand then. Check this in my journal in two weeks.View attachment 4526583
His “Marijuana Growers Handbook” was what really turned me onto his books. A lot of things I struggled with just ‘clicked’ after reading that. I just got his new “Ask Ed” book but have only started reading it. It starts out with him describing how to test a bunch of different varieties of strains and the amount of detail he provides for the setup of the grow room in the article is great. There just something about his writing style I like, and he’s obviously quite a character, tooEd has deteriorated quite a bit. But his " Guide to Bigger Better Buds" should be gospel. Sad but true. No legal room for plants. And no takers. I do clean up the top over the next couple weeks. Looking at 4-5 weeks indorrs. Best time to hack before the sun launches growth.so I take it u just took the bush trimmers to the top and whacked her off a bit?
Yeah perfect response... exactly what doing...did research then applying it first hand to get the experience and seeing for myself if it works....just like every other grower here.I would trust my information from the “Experienced” growers on here over any Max Yield book. They are not trying to get my 40 bucks. They speak from real world experience and photos/journals of what They are doing and have done. These are the same people that are happy to help you or any other newbie start and finish a successful grow. There are also many members who ARE trained in Botany and I have only seen one who tried to have your back as much as he could without your data. That’s how helpful these guys are and coming from a commercial grow background. I am glad to be here and LEARN how to downscale and grow to a more connoisseur level with their help. If you spent your time studying grows and rooms/ tents here you might learn some respect for some people doing amazing grows second and third time out, with knowledge that was handed down.
When you have 20 - 7’ plants on a 4 week turn and are dealing with humidity that’s nearly impossible to keep down. all your cash is wrapped up in electric, medium and nutes. Them maybe I would think about adding calcium. Nahhh I would just use mich-cans advice because he has been there and done that and knows what works.
Thank you for the "PattaBoy". I'm just a noob who can't spell WEEDS by anymore letters.I would trust my information from the “Experienced” growers on here over any Max Yield book.
