I've noticed over the past couple of days that my plants are starting to pop pistols and I'm seeing white hairs form at the top of the plant. Most of my ladies are over a month some a month and a half some just over a month but let me review what I've been doing..
• Light schedule has been at 18/6 but kist changed to 17/7 last week.
• a few of my plants I wanted to get outside earlier than the others so I started acclimating them on my deck but it was only 50 degrees with sun then I'd bring them inside where its 70 - 75 I'm guessing that the change in temps could be causing my plants to preflower?( learned from mistake with acclimating wait til may when its warm)
• I also wasn't able to block off all the light leaks 100% in my closet could they preflower early if theres light leaks ? (Just bought panda film) So if shit gets worse and I have to revert them back to veg by putting my lights on 24 hrs how long should I wait before i start lowering the amount of hours and raising the amounts of hours dark???

Nothing to worry about at all.

Those are just pre-flowers. The plants are simply showing sex. Very normal for most strains. Many of mine will show as early as week three.

Also, light leaks only matter in the flower period. You can't be disturbing the dark 12 hours when in flower.

That's what I was thinking but wasn't 100 percent sure ... here in northeast us where I live it may stay cold til early may but we had some nice days of weather where it was 45 to 50 with sun so I figured the plants can survive in these temps mind as well acclimate some of them but I def feel like it stressed them out alittle so gonna keep lowering the amount of hours of light and raising the hours of darkness before I start to acclimate them...

But if they do start to preflower for some random reason how would you go about acclimating them after you've reverted them back to veg? Cause obv you wouldn't wanna throw them outside after being under 24 hrs of light so how would you go about that? Atm I'm changing my light schedule every 10 to 14 days gonna change it to 16/8 on April 24th then on may 8th im gonna change it to 15 - 9 is that a smart way to acclimate them or should you just keep them on 18 - 6 then acclimate them outdoors , and put them straight out?

I don't see any pistils in those pictures. Just looks like new leaf growth. You're overcomplicating things. Put them out when the weather is warm enough and the days are longer. Just run them at 18/6. They'll be fine.

I have a plant in veg that's been shooting actual preflowers for weeks. I looked again and still don't see any pistils on your plants.

This is a plant pre flowering showing female. Do your plants have pistils showing?

What's all those white spots? Almost looks like you might have some kind of bugs.

Yeah I was looking at that earlier wondering wtf it was ... i had a minor thrip problem a week ago when I put them outside for a day but took care of it immediately with green cleaner ... I did have my mister going I've heard that it sprays calcium dust on the plants maybe I shouldn't use it anymore lol
