Mars uses old epistar chips, with a ugly reflector, uses more watts but less efficient, sf uses LM301B diodes with quality driver

Dope wholesale site, reminds me of old dhgate
You've really never heard of known of Alibaba before that link?Dope wholesale site, reminds me of old dhgate
Hope you're not saying 1000watts of any kind of lighting can cover 100sq ft...10x10 1000w. Try it
Was this the one?Who remembers that excellent spreadsheet that you could plug everything into and it gave a rating? It was watts, time and space.
Have u ever tried itHope you're not saying 1000watts of any kind of lighting can cover 100sq ft...
Why would someone in the know try to light a 100 sq/ft area with a lamp that's capable of covering 25 sq/ft?Have u ever tried it
No, dates back to OG, just plugged everything in and have a score. At the time only way to compare apples to applesWas this the one?
Math behind
Someone suggested that it would be useful to have a thread covering some math behind all those (not only) LED calculations. So I'll start with explaining what luminous efficacy of radiation and quantum efficacy (?) of radiation are and how they can be calculated from a "spectrum curve"...www.rollitup.org
Please show me a pic of a garden with 1000 watts, or roughly 1/5 or 1/3 the light most people would use, over 100 square feet.Have u ever tried it
Ok cool, I'll keep my eyes peeled. No, dates back to OG, just plugged everything in and have a score. At the time only way to compare apples to apples
Resulting score gives you a rating to see how efficiently you are growing taking into account total watts, space and time and weight. Really only useful if you want to have a peeing contest with another grower or if you have more than one garden.Ok cool, I'll keep my eyes peeled.
What does the resulting score tell you? Does it help you figure out which LEDs will work best for you?
So is that a Chinese knockoff of a........Chinese Knockoff? Double Knockoff?
If it is a knockoff, they don't know how to count very well.So is that a Chinese knockoff of a........Chinese Knockoff? Double Knockoff?
What 10 watts a square foot lol u need 50 with shitty blurple around 30 with good efficiency per squarefoot now stop spewing bullshit.10x10 1000w. Try it
To be honest, I'm not positive. but @Barristan Whitebeard seems to have found some flaws in their diode count. But as far as I can tell, this would be the exact supplier that whoever is selling these spider farmer fixtures on the Zon, is getting them from. They're identical. All the way down to rounded edges on the boards to the little covers used on their connections. So is that a Chinese knockoff of a........Chinese Knockoff? Double Knockoff?
