Weird HPS cooling solution

You asked electricians to chime in. I'm a formerly certified residential electrician (Ontario, Canada), and I advise not doing it even if you think you can prevent an accident.
Ok, but look at it from this side, how much danger is there in cooling a pc with water? I would bet there is more chance for it to go wrong then my setup that nobody here is gonna see, because I really have been using this for the last 6 weeks and it works like a charm, all I wanted is to bounce some ideas with somebody, but this forum seems to be filled with my least favourite type of "stoners"

None, when your PC is outfitted with a proper water cooling system. Much like a water-cooled car engine.

An HPS is not fitted with such a water-cooling configuration.

Each to their own, but you asked electricians to weigh in, so I did.
I told you I made a cradle for it that handles any possible condesation and things are running smoothly, if you really are and electrician all I wanted to know is will this damage the bulb, or is it lowering the light output, the bulb has no direct contact with the cradle, the reflector wing is being cooled.
