I read this article and just didn't know where else to put it. Certainly there is interest in growing the herb but it seems this Man was going above and beyond to help others. He is a genius and political prisoner no doubt. The problem of safety violations brings him into the question of "a threat to himself and others" with his activities. If you grow - pay your power bill.
