yes i believe the defense will use the castle doctrine.

I already explained my thoughts, your inability to grasp basic laws is not my problem.

If you think the castle doctrine doesnt apply ok. Cool. Either explain why or stop crying about it...

I couldnt possibly know what their objective reasoning is...how could anyone but them...

Too bad she’s not in her “castle” outside isn’t her domain. Lol

You arw not going to get far in the world ignoring aspects that poke holes in your assertions.

That crowd was not a theat, but they did 100% entered ajacent property the community(this includes the defendants) is responsible for and come on thier property ...I repeat I do not believe the protesters were a threat in any way...but im not the one on trial....

Only inside the actual house in Ca, not jus ton your property. Don’t know about states with more liberal gun laws. Ca sucks for gun owners, but what she is doing is definitely not covered by castle law Here.

Doesn’t matter here. If they aren’t inside the house, it’s not your castle. Youre shooting a gun into public and private property if you have neighbors. Definitely illegal.

You haven't laid out a single verifiable fact behind your claim that the castle doctrine could be invoked. Yes, I can clearly see that the white couple were afraid of the black crowd. I don't think that's enough to invoke a stand your ground defense. Due to the fact that the prosecutor filed charges, he doesn't think so either.

So, lay it out. What objective facts justify invoking the castle defense. If I'm such a dummy and you are so right it shouldn't be that hard.

I've read every one of your posts and found zero objective facts that justify killing somebody on the grounds of the castle doctrine. So, do this moron a favor and post a link to the reply that contains it.

I don't think you can.

Lol no I’m in Ca, we have stricter gun laws than anywhere else and it makes owning guns and buying ammo a pita, but our state is fairly safe compared to most others....

"California is, relatively, one of the safest states in the country. ... Our children are half as likely to be shot to death as children in other states," - Ari Freilich

Lol thats not at all a equivalency .... its actually the other way around and dont forget the white fragility
How about this:

It is illegal to wave weapons in a threatening manner at those participating in nonviolent protest, and while we are fortunate this situation did not escalate into deadly force, this type of conduct is unacceptable in St. Louis.

Is that the castle doctrine? Plz educate this moron.

In some cases, yes.

People often mistake castle doctrine as having to be a house or business.

It doesn't.

It can apply to any space you occupy at the time.

That's how Zimmerman got away with it. Others have as well.

But castle doctrine wouldn't apply in this case because they instigated the confrontation.

People were simply parading down the street and they went outside to confront them.

They were the aggressor in this instance, hence why they were charged. Castle doctrine doesn't apply here at all.
