This is my Auto Zkittlez runt. I'm in the USA. I like this post, just can't find how to like it.
I’m honestly shocked at the girth these girls have got from my last plants, Everything has stayed the same other than the two blurb lights from amazon that ended up taking forever to produce anything. 3 Sativa are 4 feet tall and the Indica is 3 feetDay 60 from seed, 3 Sativa at 4 feet from the bottom of the stem and a Indica at 3 feet. I have had these girls in 12/12 stage for two full weeks, under a SF 4000, I’m from CanadaView attachment 4654642View attachment 4654642

Hi friend, thanks for your interest in our product. About the issue you mentioned, sorry we haven't got any case like this. If possible, would you please tell who is the user, or you can tell us where you saw this. Or you can ask the user to contact us.Although I never had a SF light I very much like their design, and have promoted the hell out of them. Why? I am well aware of the MARS warranty issues that were so bad, people actually posted videos destroying them, but somehow, they survived and thrived. FF to recently, and some people have said their SF light receipt said MARS! Now, the lights are likely made in a huge factory specializing in similar panels for various uses, and maybe the fulfillment department screwed up. Dunno, but...
There is a thread on RIU from a grower who had a problem with his SF, sadly, he was ignored to the point he felt compelled to post a bad review. According to him, SF said they would replace his light if he took it down. He did. They did, but the dimmer doesn't work. WTF?
So, although many/most seem good, who would risk using their lights and have similar problems mid grow (who could afford or plan to have backups?), only to have a similar bad service experience. Even if the light is free, can you afford to take the risk?
SF needs to make a public apology, fire whoever is in charge of the service/warranty department, AND institute a proper service/warranty policy
NO. 22I’ll try that again with these clones

Would love to have the opportunity to get one of your lights in my grow tent.
