Doug is that light treating you right
Won't know for a bit, all I have done is test it. I am only a week or 2 away from finishing my current plant and popped 4 new seeds into water last night. Will get them in coco pellets under my old blurple light in my back room until my current plant finishes and than switch lights from my current HPS to the new LED. I didn't want to swap the light out from my current plant so close to harvest.

Cannabis is still illegal under Federal law in the United States so there is absolutely no chance of obtaining a work VISA to work in the industry. Those are issued by the Federal government and not for jobs that are technically illegal. They might not be enforcing cannabis laws here in the states but they are not going to issue a work VISA for cannabis industry jobs.
no doubt, why I suggest working on just just getting a visa and job period. Canada might have more opportunities but would still be better off to check out a program unrelated to cannabis.
