hey guys, first time hydroponic (RDWC) grower here.

-My pH is at a constant 5.8
-Water temperature stays around 69-71c
-Grow tent Temps stay at 78c
-Grow tent RH is 55%
-PPM is 800
-SF4000 at 100% 26" from canopy
-using AN with calmag
-For Reservoir top ups I use de-chlorinated, aerated tap water
- 6" circular air stones in each bucket providing plenty of oxygen for roots
-The roots above water level are slightly brown and the submerged roots are nice and white

Can anyone please tell me Why they think my leaves are turning lighter colors in areas.

Thank you in advanced!

Magnesium if you ask me. Up the PPM about 50 - 80 epsom salt. I don't think you need more calcium, just magnesium. If you are positive on the pH not being too low then I would try adding like 1 gram per gallon of epsom salt to the feed mix.

Also wondering why the roots above water level are turning brown and if that is ok
I'm no hydro expert but could it be nutrient stain? It's when the roots are slimy and smelly that you have to think about root rot. Hydrogard can help against root rot.

The 1 gram a gallon is pretty strong, check with the ppm meter, need only about 50 ppm.I use 4 grams for 12 gallons.Roots above will go a tan color its normal.

Also no need to aerate your water. The chlorine unless at crazy high levels is actually a good thing. Most add pool shock at low levels to keep the chlorine up in their water.
