Are these ready to harvest

I know that when most pistils are orange and curl. I see mostly orange hairs everywhere. Should I harvest them or wait little longer.

If you really want to know ripeness, regardless of strain, look at the trichomes. Get a jewelers loop or even magnifying glass and wait until a few amber colored trichs with mostly cloudy it's time.
Hairs have nothing to do with ripeness unless you consider the calyxs will swell and often envelop the hair the further along they go.
