Feed her something, but don't go crazy. So just the bottom shoots are going a bit yellow. I’m thinking it was a nitrogen deficiency or not enough light getting below so I tied them around to get good light in. Any help with diagnosing the issue is much appreciated. Could be right also, she may be asking for more nitrogen. If it starts getting more yellow and you see it going up the plants afflicting the rest it’s a nitrogen deficiency.could be nitrogen issue. She may want more.
That was my initial thought because N deficiency starts on the older growth usually... and the oldest growth is at the bottom.Could be right also, she may be asking for more nitrogen. If it starts getting more yellow and you see it going up the plants afflicting the rest it’s a nitrogen deficiency.
Yup and it moves up to newer growthThat was my initial thought because N deficiency starts on the older growth usually... and the oldest growth is at the bottom.
True a nitrogen deficiency does start on older leaves moving to newer and newer. When a plant is hungry itll start to cannibalize itself...using nutrients that are stored in the leaves...always from the bottom up hence the yellow leaves on the bottom of ur plant...since it's in veg hit her with a dose of nitrogen
So does P though. They're both mobile nutrients. That was my initial thought because N deficiency starts on the older growth usually... and the oldest growth is at the bottom.
I gave her a good feed today. I usually give a bit more diluted feed because I have some compost mixed in with dry amendments. Maybe I need to feed more often whenever I water or feed she drinks it up so quickly. Thanks man appreciate it.Id say you're right, id just bump up feeds a lil and you should be sweet. I wait for my plants to show the same signs to know when to bump up the feed
That’s what I thought. I have some compost so I thought I could feed less often. I’ll try and feed a bit more and see the results.thanks man appreciate itcould be nitrogen issue. She may want more.
The way i look at it is it isn't a problem at all dont worry about it its just the plant saying its ready for more food bump up the feeds a lil from now on nothiing crazy tho just a little and watch and waitI gave her a good feed today. My water ph is around 7. Maybe 7.2 on the high end. But she’s a beast she drinks it all up so quickly. Thanks man gave her a good feed today if not I’ll see about potassium. All I can think of right now is a potassium deficiency or a small ph imbalance but I’m not gonna say it is I would go with what bully says and just wait it out a little to diagnose it.
Thank you sir. I gave her a good feedimg today I was making my own nutes but I don’t think I was doing it right so I moved to actually stuff.Feed her something, but don't go crazy.
Looks like it's probably the beginning of N deficiency.
Thanks man I gave her a good feed today so I’ll watch and see the next few days.Could be right also, she may be asking for more nitrogen. If it starts getting more yellow and you see it going up the plants afflicting the rest it’s a nitrogen deficiency.
good to know. I took P deficiency as just the leaves yellowing and sometimes burning around the tips, usually the center blade is worse. I kinda noticed N burn hits em all more equally. So does P though. They're both mobile nutrients.
Yup I think the nitrogen from compost is nearly depleted it’s asking for more nowThat’s what I thought. I have some compost so I thought I could feed less often. I’ll try and feed a bit more and see the results.thanks man appreciate it
Ya it does look more like N to me.good to know. I took P deficiency as just the leaves yellowing and sometimes burning around the tips, usually the center blade is worse. I kinda noticed N burn hits em all more equally.
