For purposes of the thread this is the trellis I built for my system View attachment 4710533and if I may I don’t want to thread jack but I’m in quite a predicament: I and pheno huntin so crazy smelling and growing strains and didn’t have flower tent ready when I transferred to 5 gallon pots ((less than 2 weeks) and now had to drop trellis on them as opposed to training them in. They were very tall and I needed Cuts in case of keeper so I lollipopped them and took cute from tops and topped all around will I still have solid mugs w all these tops coming in and should I flip?
Thread jack away bro, good question.

This is a lollipop SoG, so 3sq ft just isnt how it works...

I've got 40 gallons of mychorryzal inoculated loam I'm feeding compost extracts. I dont forsee any issues. Ph is dialed in, top dressing coming soon.
Well first off this thread is titled SCROG not sog.
And I'm not sure how much growing you've done, more than one plant in a pot is a big nono. Let alone 15+ you got.

I usually only do one plant in a container when I scrog.. This was a one plant scrog I did a few years back. It takes the method from clone to finish.. I get an average of 2oz per sq. foot of screen when I scrog.... The screen was 2"x4" x 18" x 24" .

So I popped in the first trellis. Its helping me to get that initial even spread. I just used a hemp line so I can remove it later once they catch the stretch and go into the next trellis.

IS THE DOUBLE TRELLIS A GOOD IDEA?! lol :bump:
I rock two trellises in my tent but I do 12-14" between instead of 2... but I only do 4-6 plants in a 4x4 not 12 and I focus on keeping the canopy depth about the max that my LED can handle.

Lollipopped mainline this time, last run was ScrOG1602519832650.png

Here's the update dudes. Got a big stand up ac in there covering my ass until my inline / filter get here Tuesday.
They are autos, so smaller and I'm trying to keep my defoliation/training to a minimum, but I want to MAXXXX OUT what I can do in the space.

I know I have too many plants, I know my light is off, lol. Trying to stretch the shorter ones on the right.

Should I just pluck the low ones and pop my second trellis in above the big ones? Keep like...the 9 or 10 biggest and just prune / train to fit?
please keep us informed i am very interested in your Experiment

Inline came in. Temps and RH stable. Ph dumped to 5.4. Up to 7.0 w/ baking soda / compost extract feed.

Quelled a few. 2nd light defol, more to train upward growth than remove larf. I know it's still too many. Can I do a dozen without shocking them into lower yields because of how much I have to remove? Minding solid conditions, the fact these are smaller / terminal plants and my ability to train / pour nutrient on anytime? Plus they haven't missed a beat when I top or pull leaves.

Only topped big 4 in front row. Training colas out.

How many can I do? I'm good at lst.

That's gorgeous but I'm looking for higher density, so I'll have a lot of time in LST. I'll be really controlling and training.

Thanks dude.

Gotcha so you need to crank out a good amount of product in as little space as possible.... (my grow this time is for the Mars Hydro Cup entry so I wanted it nice and pretty).

GOOD LUCK!!!
