Topping..... What did I do wrong?

I had just stopped one of my plants it's been a few days and now all the leaves look like they're dying or wilting can anybody give me any advice ?this is my first time growing. I will put a picture below.

Over fed, and the roots are probably suffocating. What kind of soil is that? You need to add perlite in your mix when you transplant. maybe stick a few skewers in the soil to get oxygen in there.

Water it till fun off.... Lift it

Then you know when to water it by the weight

That plant should get a good 1/2liter to a liter of water. Use just enough to get some running out of the bottom into a tray, and do not let the plant sit in the excess run off.
This one looks good.

Idk about baking soda. I’ve heard of ppl using it for something, but I’m not sure that will help you at all. Do you have any plant food?

if you are able to get more plants/seeds i would just kill that poor thing and try again with some research and proper materials. even the shittiest of things will make it work with some research. but do some research this time
