Guys I need help! I'm a first time grower and I care for my ladies daily. I've have them in veg since late August. Pretty soon I'm going to flip to 12/12. But i notice almost like glitter substance on the leaves. Kind of oily, I wanna say. Can someone plz help!

It can, and it's not a bad thing at all. I've seen trichomes pop up on the 1st set of seedling leaves.
