First Grow - Drooping Leaves?

Hello, this is a wonderful community.

First time indoor grower. Started seed in paper towels, RR and yesterday transplanted to solo cups with OFFM. One of the seedling’s is exhibiting droopy leaves and wanted some input (2nd image).

1 or more of these ladies will move to a Mars 2’x2’ next week with ts600 lamp. How many should I move and when/how do I determine which ones to keep? All seeds are from an outdoor grow (not mine).

Thanks; so over-watering.
The 4 seedlings on the right were transplanted into the OF soil previously watered down until run-off.

The remaining were NOT watered until run-off and only received a little water from the spray bottle.

Yes, appears that was the case although remaining 3 did not exhibit droopy leaves even though they had pre-soaked soil as well.

I also think especially when they're seedlings a lot of people want to mess with them way too much. Just let em alone unless there's a real show stopper going on. Droopy leaves could be anything, you're more likely to cause issues fiddling with them than your plants would suffer just waiting for their medium to dry out.

I currently have 8 seedlings in a 2’x2’ tent and am not sure how many to pot up and what size. They are bag seed so sex is unknown.
What do others recommend?

Those don't look bad at all. Like someone said, it was probably over watering. Just try and leave a dry day every once in a while so the roots don't drown. In a 2x2 you should really only have a max of 4 plants. However, it really depends on the strain. Are these autoflowers? Do you know how long their flower cycle is? If these are photos you could always put all of them into the tent and veg for 2 weeks then flip for a SOG setup. The plants will stay smaller and you can utilize ever inch of your tent. Again it's really strain specific tho

I'd put some cfl 6500k bulbs in there. With a splitter to use 2 bulbs. You need more light directly above them. If you notice the ones under the bulb are growing up... but the ones on the side are leaning towards the light source.

This is how I start my seeds and they come out great in my opinion.

A good rule of thumb is flip when they are about half the size of the desired final height. These are still seedlings so once they hit 2 nodes then consider vegging for 2 weeks depending on how fast they grow. You could also experiment with mainline training to keep them all within their own space. Take longer as you have to top multiple times and let them recover but the end results are amazing. If you plan on keeping them all tho I would suggest SOG

I've done that with clones in a 2x2x4.

My plan is to let them grow until the leaves reach diameter of the solo cup. Next steps after that are still unclear as I do not know sex. Do I transfer all 8 to 1 Gal pots, flip and then pull the males or is there an alternative approach when sex is unknown?

Is this common or do most go with feminized seeds to avoid these types of decisions. Would probably settle on 3-4 1 Gallon pots next time but this time would mean disposing of 4-5 plants.

Couple things, first, don’t fill the cups in case they stretch, you can add more soil for support. Also, half a solo cup of fresh soil weighs about 125g. If you have a small scale thats a good measure of how wet or dry they are. Good luck
