Flowering stunted

I think it started early of 3 weeks ago.
Yes it’s the GH trio.
I’m growin a normal 6 gallon plastic pot.
The pot is raised and the water drips off below without touching the base of pot. Let me show you.
ok as it progressed did you continue to feed more ppm or stay the same or less

At that time I actually didn’t know about PPM until I passed thru a thread. Once I understood a little I began testing out but can never reach high PPM in nutes even after mixing in over the amounts in my schedule. I fed extra bloom.

But as far as progression, it started out worst, then it stopped a little. Now it’s back again.
I’ve also been removing those dead leaves that are already more than 50% brown.

Beautiful setup, plant looks well trained too man , awesome! What kinda light you using? Almost time to harvest woohooo! :weed:
Im having similar problems and expectations as well over here... Im wondering if i shoulda stopped the bud production from botton to 2/3 up . Its my first and i thought the buds on top woulda been bigger now that im on week 8.5 flower. Guess i shoulda trimmed the little popcorn nugs off down below from the beginning? Ya live and ya learn. Popcorn nug land pic from week 5 or 6 flower
i just cut of some of my popcorn and hung to dry week 7 maybe that will help the colas fill in

think of your ppm feed as like drinky salty water, if you were just nothing but salt you would get severely dehydrated. yours plants are the same , some just can't handle a high salt diet, next time you see burning lower your ppm to wash some salts out , don't use just water but a low ppm wash

ok that brand is good. some brands have alot of N in their calmag and it can cause issues people don't notice
Nitrogen is good for seedlings but not for flowering. I also just recently found out what does NPK means and it’s functions. I didn’t knew growing plants were so complex. It seems endless.

Both poster's plants look great. Looks like you have everything dialed in which means only one thing.
Lack of light.
Yes, you can grow very good weed with little wattage, but if you want large hauls, you need more light.

I average 8-16+ oz per plant depending on the strain with 6-8 plants in a 4'x8' with very minimal training/trimming.
Granted, the environment and feed is dialed in, but the main reason the plants produce so well is because they are under 71.25 watts per sq. ft of HID lighting.

Light = #1 reason for a small harvest.
i have a 3by3 with a 600 hps 18 inches above how many watt per sq ft is that i suck at math

I highly suggest getting a cheap ppm meter they are worth their weight in gold. a schedule based on ML will have you raising and lowering individual bottles and messing with the balance.

How low is low brother? Base 300ppm? With nutes or no nutes? I did a flush once. Just pH-ed tap water. But I did not check the PPM then.

depends on your plants threshold, id get a meter then log your feed and log when you start to notice burns on tips thats a good indicator of your ceiling

Yes I do have a PPM meter now.
How do I use it to its full advantage? Do I calculate PPM each time I put individual nutes into the water?

flushing will require a meter you can check the run off ppm when that is close to what your dumping in you have successfully flushed excess
